I'm all about helping women prioritize their health and wellness. As a fitness coach, I create personalized training and nutrition plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. My approach is all about building confidence, self-love, and physical strength, while also taking care of your mental and emotional well-being.
I believe in being honest, compassionate and having a positive attitude. I am excited to work together to make wellness a part of your life in a fun and sustainable way!
My Story
Becoming a mother was a truly transformative experience for me, as I am sure other moms can relate! As a mom of three, I struggled to balance the demands of motherhood with my own needs and desires. Fitness became a way for me to connect back to myself, to feel strong and capable in my body, and to prioritize my own health and well-being, while teaching my girls to do the same!
Through my own journey with fitness, I discovered the transformative power of exercise and movement, and I became passionate about sharing that experience with other moms and women in general!
Booty & Mind

My coaching program and App, Booty & Mind originated from the idea that while you aim to strengthen your body, it also requires training your mind. My Booty & Mind programs range from 4-month structured 1:1 Fitness & Nutrition programs to 12-week personalized fitness plans you can do on your own time.
When we work together, you will get full access to my Booty & Mind App and receive video tutorials, structured plans, and constant support.
Living The Inverted Lifestyle
As someone who has personally experienced the transformative power of Acro Yoga and living what I like to call the “inverted lifestyle”, I am always amazed at the incredible benefits that these practices can have on both your physical and mental well-being.
Through my own journey with handstands and acro yoga, I have realized how you can achieve a deeper sense of body awareness and balance, while also building physical strength and mental resilience, which truly aligns with my philosophy of Booty & Mind training!
I offer in-person training for both handstands and acroyoga, and would love to connect with you if you happen to be in the same location as me!
