My coaching programs are all about you - your life, your needs, and your goals.

I have two options: 1:1 coaching, and goal-specific pre-built programs.

1:1 coaching: Together we'll identify what's been holding you back mentally and physically and come up with fun and engaging ways to conquer those blocks. With a complete plan in place, weekly support and accountability my 1:1 program is designed to help you create sustainable, lasting changes to your habits and lifestyle.

Goal-specific: If you’re looking to build your booty, regain strength after having a baby, or get your first handstand, my goal-specific programs are perfect for you.

Coaching Programs:

1) 1:1 Coaching

If you’ve been looking for a personalized fitness and nutrition plan tailored to help you achieve your unique goals, this is for you.

This option includes:

  • nutritional plan with personalized macros

  • high protein recipe book

  • 3 to 4 months of workouts on my app

  • weekly video check-ins to ensure you’re making progress

  • ongoing support and guidance

  • instructional videos for all exercises

$400 A Month (discount if paid in full)

2) 12-week Booty Program

A 12-week booty-building program that will keep you in a progressive overload to seriously build those glutes. Each week has 3 workouts that should take you no more than 1 hour to complete.

This option includes:

  • 12 weeks of glutes/legs focused workouts on my app

  • Three 1-hour workouts a week

  • Instructional videos for all exercises

$99 for full 12-week program.

3) Strong Mama Bodyweight Challenge 

This 8-week bodyweight program is designed for moms who want to gain strength, build confidence, and feel their best—without the need for equipment or long workouts.

This option includes:

  • 8 weeks of workouts on my app

  • 3 workouts each week, 20-35 minute workouts

  • 1 extra fun challenge each week

  • Instructional videos for each exercise

  • PDF guide with nutrition tips, journal prompts and more to help you create healthy habits

$129 - 8 week program

4) Handstand Program

If your goal is to accomplish a strong handstand, this program is for you! This program includes 4 weeks of exercises that will help you develop the strength, balance and skill to hold a solid handstand.

This option includes:

  • 4 weeks of handstand-specific workouts

  • Instructional videos for all exercises

  • An instructional pdf to help you understand the components of a strong handstand

$129 for 4-week program.

Acro Yoga classes

Want to try something new and challenging with your friends/ partner or small group, then acroyoga is a fun choice for you!

For this type of training it’s best to have at least 2 people and is available for all ages!

Prices vary depending on group size.
