The key to staying consistent? Chasing a performance goal instead of just focusing on results. When I started my journey, my goal was a handstand. It took me a year to get there, but it became the skill that kept me motivated and excited to train every single day.

In this 8-week challenge, you'll set your own performance-based goal, whether it’s building strength, mastering a movement, or improving endurance. You’ll explore a variety of workouts—from functional bodyweight training to playful handstand progressions and rejuvenating running days—designed to keep you engaged and progressing.

Program FAQs

  • The program is 8 weeks long, with three varied workouts and one extra challenge each week.

  • Each workout is designed to take between 20-35 minutes. However this time can vary depending on your current fitness level, unique pace, and external factors (babies, distractions, mom-duties etc.).

  • The program does not require any special equipment. However, you may want to use a yoga mat or other cushioned surface to protect your hands, and clothes during the program. Access to the program App will require cell phone and internet access.

  • The program is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and gain energy just by following the program. However, individual results may vary depending on your starting point, fitness level, and dedication to the program. Community support will be available to help you stay motivated and consistent and jump over any hurdles you may encounter!

  • This program is designed for all moms at any stage of their fitness journey! However, if you’re postpartum, I always recommend checking with your doctor or healthcare provider to ensure you're ready for this type of movement. Every postpartum journey is unique, and it’s important to make sure your body—especially your core and pelvic floor—feels strong and supported before jumping into a structured workout program. If you’re still healing from diastasis recti or experiencing pelvic floor symptoms like leaking or discomfort, consider working with a specialist to rebuild strength first. I want you to feel strong, safe, and confident as you get back into fitness!

  • Your program starts the Monday after purchase, and you have 8 weeks to complete it. It’s structured this way to keep you motivated, and see through with your commitment!
