My whole fitness journey started with the goal to do a handstand!

With zero background in gymnastics or any fitness training, I was able to achieve it alone by doing hundreds of drills and exercises that helped me gain body awareness and strength to hold my handstand.

Now I am here to share my passion and help you learn to get your first handstand too. I will share all the tips, tricks and techniques that I wish I knew about when I started!

With an easy to follow plan of action, your dreams of holding a handstand are possible. With dedication, consistent practice and following your program your handstand goals are POSSIBLE!

Program FAQs

  • The program is designed to be completed in 28 days, with daily workouts and exercises. However, you can adjust the program to fit your own schedule and needs.

  • The program does not require any special equipment. However, you may want to use a yoga mat or other cushioned surface to protect your hands and wrists during the program. Yoga blocks can also be a great tool for your handstand journey. Access to the program App will require cell phone access.

  • The program is designed to help you build the strength, balance, and technique necessary to achieve a handstand. However, individual results may vary depending on your starting point, fitness level, and dedication to the program. Community support will be available to help you stay motivated to practice, play and stay consistent!

  • The program includes exercises and techniques that are generally safe for most people. However, it is important to listen to your body and avoid any exercises or movements that cause pain or discomfort. If you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions, you should consult with a healthcare provider before starting the program.
